Well if it's a typographical error, then that's its own thing entirely. It would be a spelling error if you didn't know it was spelled otherwise, or a grammar error if you didn't know the difference between "loose" and "lose". You knew which one it was (meaning not a grammar error), and you knew how it's spelled (meaning not a spelling error). The error was just an input error, thus it's just a typographical error. Not a spelling problem, not a grammar problem, just a typing problem.
The title text you put for that image threw me off, though. Might as well have labeled the picture "trollface", from my perspective. :P
