There were few copies given away of it (most were that horrible yellow game thing), so I (and more people would assume) are fairly interested in this giveaway of another chance of getting the game. and unlike most of the gleam.o giveaways, I really want to play this game, not just drop the cards and move on.
As you can see the giveaway is still up, so no action has been taken for removing it, at least yet.
So maybe the winner will get a legit key after Acetonix returns from his well deserved vacation.
What comes to the fact that people would be interested of some game that was free at some point doesn't affect the rules, if it was free, you cannot create a giveaway of it. Moon Colonization Project has already been removed from the list so future giveaways cannot be created.

pretty sure that giveaway doesn't have enough moon colonization project keys to warrant it being made a free game at this point.
