This is a weird case.. The steam store page says that the dlc is not for sale anymore, and when I try to activate the received key, it says that the product is already owned and just tries to install basic GRID 2. Somehow I "already own" this DLC but it was apparently acquired on Mar 15 2019, the same time as another DLC was activated, neither of which I remember doing.
Looking back through my emails, it appears that Humble Bundle was giving away the pack of base game and 2 DLC, this one and Bathurst Track Pack, back in March 2019, specifically - right the day before I activated the DLC. But I could never recall activating a DLC for GRID 2 as I kinda didn't, it was included in what I thought was only the base game.
Anyway, thanks for the giveaway but please reroll this one. Terribly sorry, at least now you know what is going on :D
