Giveaways that lack proper region restrictions that the key given away has cannot be rerolled. It's either you agree with the giveaway being deleted as the creator has opened a delete request ticket or you do not give consent and you'll mark the giveaway as not received. (You should mark it as not received either way, even if you agree with deleting - that's just a technicality though as once the giveaway is deleted the feedback is gone as well.)
