I just want it to say thanks for respond my ticket, and if you don't mind ask you a small question/doubt i have.
Should i add the winner on steam or can i just send the game to the email he registered here in SteamGifts (the one showed in the WINNERS page before the "Request New Winner")?

It's up to you how to do it. You can insist that he accept your friend request and then deliver it that way.... or you can deliver it via the email address. Is this about a gift?
Yes is a Steam Gift in my inventory. But i mean what if he claims that he don't own that email anymore or something like that. Then he may have the arguments enough for ask me to give him another copy while he already activated the 1st one on another account or something. Since i can't ask for refund on steam for a game i bought a couple months ago that can be a problem i believe. So that's why i needed to ask what would be the best choice, if wait for him to accept me on steam or send the game as a gift to the email he registered here in SteamGifts.

Guess you are right. Well i'll wait a couple more hours if i don't get any response (he's being connected here and steam all the freaking time, sended 20 times FR and leave msg in the comment in the GA he won, without response.) by the time i get back online, i'm going to send it by email, just hope he check as received at least, otherwise gonna need to make another ticket u.u
