As I'm sure you may have guessed, this is a Humble Monthly gift. I'm giving it away not only because I don't play COD, but also out of protest for the manner that Blizzard (and, as a result, Activision) have shifted their interests to the Chinese government - more specifically, their sudden banning and fining of a Hearthstone player after he talked about the Hong Kong protests in an interview.

Obviously, I can't sway your decisions when it comes to gaming, and I'm not sure how many of you guys read this in the first place, but I hope that this may help spur you to take action against hostile governments - no matter the location. Even if you aren't a Hong Kong supporter, Blizzard and Activision's shameless kowtowing towards the CCP shows that they care about money first and foremost, and that they only care about you as far as your wallet goes. Protest them in any way you can - call your senators asking for Congress to address the situation, bring Hong Kong flags to Blizzcon, make your COD icon a picture of Winnie the Pooh if you have to. If nothing else, take this free gift and ensure that it will be the last Activision title you ever buy.
