Hey N1qy, When I redeem the game, it says "Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed." The game itself is available for purchase in my region but I guess the key is region-restricted sadly.
So how do you want to proceed according to the FAQ?

I'm afraid you don't understand N1qy, You sent a key which is region-restricted that I can't redeem in my country so I can't 'receive' the game nor would be able to play it. Hence I suggested you to go through the FAQ for better understanding of SteamGifts rules
So you may either replace the key with a working one or if you have nothing to offer, I'll mark as not received after a week.. No worries.
