In case you can't see/enter UL7 giveaways on Steamgifts -> Sync your profile.
In case you are unsure about the group rules: Just enter group giveaway until you have 8 wins in total on Steamgifts. After your 8th win, you will have to leave the gorup or apply as a gifter (read the gifter rules on Steam).
