Hi, you won a game from me recently (Sigma Theory: Global Cold War). Before I release the key I do a number of checks for unactivated wins etc. I am unable to do this whilst your profile is private. Are you able to make it public briefly for me to do these checks please?

Thanks for making your account public for me to check. Have released your key. I personally do not send in a support ticket if the infraction, either unactivated win or multiple win, is older than 2017. If the win is within the last 4 years then I send in a ticket. So for your old unactivated win I would not bother support.
