I'm from Chile, so this shouldn't be a problem. Although, you should take in consideration that re-gifting a won prize in this site is not allowed (see rules), so if you have received a region-locked game that you can't activate, the first thing you have to do is notify the giveaway creator. If he can't gift you a version of the won game that you can activate in your account, you need to mark the gift as "Not Received" in the case that a reroll never took place and you didn't get a solution for that issue after 7 days. Or else, you risk to be suspended for accepting a gift later marked as received, but not activating that gift (also not allowed in this site -see rules-).
