Hey, yeah it's totally uncalled for. I sent a tick to the mods, they better do something. There's another user too who attacked me so it seems they get a free pass to do as they want.

Seems like you maybe right and it has been normalised behaviour. It's the only way I can explain that troubled user constantly posting without any consequences for harassing others.
Mods regularly remove posts without tickets so clearly they can do this without us having to manually send tickets but we'll have to keep sending them I guess.

First ticket got closed with "resolved", no comments and no action taken. All the things you said pretty much makes me not regret not being involved in this community more. Thanks for your insights.
