You were really close with the "error" you found.
ok found cart #4 stuck in the dust. Make sense now... xD well elaborated puzzle tho! Heading to #5 and #7 now to close the next gap :)

I'm so glad paint still worked for this tilted image (^w^)
It took me a while to make it work... But had to do it since I always do the last puzzle check in Paint too.
Those numbers were kinda hard to read... those 3's and 5's xD
I know, tried to make it as hard easy to read as I could.
Awwwwwwwwww, someone beat me to posting the solution so I couldn't make a joke about how even the awkward angle wouldn't stop me from using Paint anyway. T.T Well... um... Mine looks better! Hah!
