Why would Je9na be suspended simply for saying that she doesn't believe something?
I mean, I understand suspension for people who go around "screaming" fake (and I'm not saying that this one is, just using the word as an example) but she just said that she doesn't believe something.
So if I'm getting this right- expressing any doubt about OP's veracity is punishable?
I promise I'm not trying to be a smart-ass, I would just like to better understand this rule since I wouldn't have guessed that this would be a reason for suspension and I don't want to unintentionally break any rules, including this one.
I mean, I do get that her statement could be interpreted as hurtful to someone who is creating a giveaway, but isn't it a bit harsh to suspend someone for just saying that he/she doesn't believe something?
OP could have easily BL her if his feelings were hurt.
Again, I honestly promise I'm not trying to undermine anyone's authority or be a smart-ass or anything like that; I'd just like to understand the rules as I've obviously misinterpreted this one.
Also, not to say this reflects on all of the OP's newer giveaways, but it does appear that her belief might be correct if (and only if, not saying that it will happen) the current trend with this OP continues.

Expressing doubt about a giveaway's authenticity is a violation of this rule. This rule was put in place to prevent people from insulting those who have done nothing more than create their first giveaway. Those who are veterans of the site should be well aware that newcomers are easily put off by bad behavior due to their having only first-impressions to go by. If the statement is "hurtful to someone who is creating a giveaway," then it is a violation and its author is subject to reprimand.

Hi, I'm still kinda new here so I wanted to ask about something. Can supsensions stack? Like someone did something that granted him week suspension but he actually did it twice the same day on different occasions - will that person get two weeks or just one?

Suspensions can stack, yes, but it depends on the situation. Inappropriate behavior in one giveaway will pull a suspension, in two giveaways will pull two suspensions. Spamming it in a bunch of giveaways will pull a bunch of suspensions, plus penalties for spamming. The moderators have to judge what is applicable based upon what was done. Special consideration is given to repeated offenses (person isn't learning) and/or past history.
