The new Fanatical Indie-Pendence Bundle includes a key for the base game that comes with all the DLCs except the soundtrack, but then also gives you separate keys for each DLC.
As this is a DLC giveaway, Steamgifts will show it so long as you own the base game, even if you already own the DLC, so you should check if you already have this before entering. I will try to check winners to verify they don't already have it.
