The thread uses 6 methods of giving, so yes, it's a big confusing. I don't think there's much I can do to reduce the complexity, but I'm open to suggestions.

Have you visited the thread? There's more detailed explanation here. The only difference is that since you're arriving from this giveaway, you're exempt from the requirements regarding registration date and number of comments.
