i have a problem i won the dlc but im not able to claim it for some reason and it says product is already owned even i dont got the dlc but i want to have it though
still doesnt work but i dont know what it is but it is absolutely not your fault so i just mark it as recieved then and sorry
if you had to get a new key... maybe i need to reach out to steam support

Its the same for most DLCs due to the way Steam's API works
