Thanks, more of a heads up for entrants. I haven't entered for DLCs in a long time but I believe this happens for all DLCs, and you can't see whether a user (winner) has a dlc or not unless they're in your friendlist. You'll just have to manually hide the giveaways of all dlcs you have of any game.
Not all DLC have this problem, this one is an exception, and yes if they don't have their profile as public, you can't go unto their library and check it. What I do on this case is to ask them to turn their profile to public so I can enter and then I send the key.
Watch out! I already have this DLC and can enter the giveaway. Make sure to check the winner's library before sending the key!
