I wonder if the gameplay is very similar to Monster Hunter games. If it is, then it could be refreshing to see a competitor to the series.

Bots and multi accounts are not allowed but that of course doesn't discourage people from using them. Since it's difficult to prove (without a doubt) if someone is a bot or not they probably wouldn't reroll for plain suspicion. Sadly, recently a System Shock giveaway ended, and it wasn't even activated by the winner. And I think you can't even report it until a week passed because the winner has a week to activate the win (so mods wouldn't do anything until then)... which is probably enough time to sell the key (or activate on another account).

You can't change the level limit but you can just delete the giveaway (before it ends) and make a new one. This way you sadly lose a giveaway slot (I think you have 10 right now) but you get an additional one every 3 giveaways you make (and finish).

If you really want a game not go to a Botjoiner you should make the GA at least Level 3.
If you really want a game to be played you should join the group mentioned and give it away there.
You could delete this and make a new level-restricted one.
You lose 1 slot but I suspect you have enough GA slots anyway.
