After the giveaway will end you willneed to open created giveaways page and mark this as Send. Only after that it will be sent, if it's a key. In case of giftlinks you have 2 options: do the previous step for the giftlink or check the winner's email, associated with SG acc (it will be shown to you) and send by email. Incase it's a gift in your Steam inventory, add the winner and gift directly.
Either way, dont forget to mark here that you have sent the game. Hopefully, helped a bit.
