Probably only people from EU will be able to activate it however anybody can try to enter if you accept a reroll later (if it will be necessary).

You don't actually have to install it. Just try to; like, click the "install game" button. The person I gave my key to said that it wouldn't even open the pop up to install it, that's what I mean.
Is it good? Cos tbh whenever I see "zombie" tag on Steam I immediately skip the game. The only exception was Dying Light which seemed to be kinda innovative in gameplay and that's the only reason I didn't skip it either (although I was close) :P
Hm, I don't know if I'm the correct person to ask since I have a fable for zombie games. At least some of them. I thought it was a good game. Story was okay although I didn't like the ending very much. The skill tree has some useful abilities. The quests are making sense but are by nature a bit repetitive. Zombies are challenging but sometimes tedious.
The whole game can be sometimes a bit tedious but all in all I would call it a good and fun game. But I have mostly played it in co-op with my brother and I used the analog controls from the gamepad (meaning I directed my melee attacks myself).

Did you try installing it though? I doubt you'd be able to install it. Had the same problem with someone I gave my EU key to while they where in NA.
