That means the product is already owned by your Steam account. The Steamgifts setting to automatically hide owned items only applies to games, not DLC.

Hmm how odd. Well, I'm sorry the key doesn't appear to work. Would you happen to be missing the "Rights of Man" expansion or the Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade? I can replace the broken key with either of those if you would like.

As for this suggestion: This is against the rules - while you can offer the winner different titles as compensation they cannot give you "received feedback" according to Steamgifts rules or they risk getting suspended. If that's what you were suggesting, please refrain from doing so in the future.
