Looks like a puzzle platformer! I'm not sure if you can use the 2 boars like a team (Like in Donkey Kong).

It is a puzzle platformer indeed. With tile-based movement, which takes a bit of getting used to, and with a lot of charm. I stopped playing when it started hurting my brain too much though - it gets tricky quite fast. Story is also deeper than you'd expect from what I've seen.

If you don't know you should have played it yourself ^^ It is a really charming puzzle platformer with some tricky puzzles. But you don't need to solve all of them to complete the storyline. Also the mmajority all of the puzzles is pretty straight forward and can be solved easily.
