yep but it was made by a small "indie" company so on graphics and others things(unit movement and AI) is like a 97 or 98 game, dont get me wrong the game was great and gived me lot of fun back in the day but quality wise the game was "cheap"

That's right. The game was a cheaper product, nice to see this on Steam.
Retail 15-65€ on ebay. :D
