A tip: in the forums here often there are posts about bundles, and those posts always include possible regions locks and the SteamID in those cases. Before creating a GA you do a quick search (like "February 2023 Humble Choice" or "Platinum Collection", etc) and find exactly the ID and locks. It's pretty useful and prevents a lot of frustration :)

right, my problem is that HB does not specify if the key is region locked or not.
I had one case months ago that was not possible to activate in Russia but the key was provided by HB with no warning at all nor any region details

I would suggest that even if there's a CHANCE the key is region locked, use the region-lock option.
