well what the heck?! man, i'm extremely sorry for you!! I didn't know this was region restricted, seriously they're getting ridiculous about Germany.. is there a single reason to block tons of games there?! =\
Thanks a lot for letting me reroll this and sorry again, it's not written anywhere that it's region restricted..
I just opened some random link on google and there's written - Warning: This product is region locked and CAN'T be activated and played in Germany.
That's so silly and stupid..
I'm extremely sorry, the Steam page doesn't say anything and it's my bad I should have looked around way better.. **** region restrictions in 2018.. anyways whitelisted and thanks a lot!!

it's ok dude don't stress yourself too much about that^^ germany is shit with games :( but steam is even worse... games got unbanned and are now playable and buyable in germany but steam is still blocking them :/ really shitty... nontheless... have a nice end of the week :)
