You can see the region lock info here: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/YpQOY/humble-bundle-july-2022-humble-choice-32

So it will be region locked only if you are from one of these places:
TR, RU/CIS, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao

If you are from anywhere else it should be region free. 🙂
