No difference! Also the current discount doesn't matter. If a game was discounted 95% or bundled, you only get 15% of the store value. If it has never been bundled nor 95% discounted, you get full store value no matter the current discount.
ahh that's why... coz im supposed to be lvl 3 now i may have given 2 games that were bundled.
i was puzzled why the exp for those 2 games were very low.
btw, is there a difference in the duration of the giveaway,
Like if i made a giveaway for 1 hour or 1 day or 1 week? also if I were to giveaway a currently highly discounted game does that affect my exp gain?

That's my understanding, also, the 95% is in all markets.
So if a game was only ever 80% off in USA but in Russia it was 98% off, it will be credited at 15%.
