BOTH Borderlands Games are locked to AM, AZ, BR, BY, GE, KG, KZ, MD, RU, TJ if bought on RU/CIS, It's locked to RU/CIS. ROW for the rest of the purchases!

It is locked to Brazil if it is purchased in Brazil.
