Teaching chemistry through sandboxing with it is probably the best way I can think of. In classes it's often tunnel vision to get the course done rather than working on the understanding the interactions.

most definitely, it's a cool program just not for me.
i remember taking chemistry in high school because i was in stupid "gifted" classes but i was basically worthless at math so i got absolutely bodied in chemistry. made me hate science even though i thought it was important and cool.
