If you want to make a giveaway for people who want to play it, maybe consider doing it in groups such as playing matters or playing appreciated. Most people wont care about playing the game that you won in public giveaways.

When you want that people play the game, you should, as minimum, close out the majority of the autojoiners and that would mean to set a min. level restriction, when you do public GAs + check your winners on unactivated wins.
