I got a response:

Hello Mdk25.

Write request new winner ticket. This one user will be removed manually from winners list of this giveaway.

But it can be done only by super moderator, and they are currently away from SG. So it will take some time to be processed.

So i'll do that, and let's wait till they handle it...
