- I do not quite mind whether you have broken the rules of SteamGifts before. However, I still do not like robots to be the winners. So I set a MINIMUM requirement here: Please do not enter this giveaway if you have already owned or won the same item. I will request a reroll in that case.
- This is a giveaway for the DLC. SteamGift requires you to own the base game before entering such giveaways. If I find the winner break this rule, I will request a reroll.

I cannot verify whether you have the DLC, so if you break the first rule this this case, I cannot know it. But personally, I think it is better to leave the chance to those who have not owned it.

Just to be clear, I did not enter your contest. :) I was only alerting you that others could as well. I had not realized that dlcs did not show in a user's Steam profile.

Me, too. I have not realized that before until someone told me to check it. That person suggested that I can add the winner to my friend list and go to the DLC page to verify that. But it is too complicated for me. So, I decide to make the rule not too harsh. I appreciate your information and concerns very much. Hopefully, you will have good luck with more giveaways! :-)
