What you quoted is because I cannot have a replacement key from the vendor because I bought the key a long time ago. Their support won't care about the key activation issue you had.
What you quoted DOES NOT mean I made a GA with a used key. That key was kept safe before you got it. If ever someone stealthy got access to that key without my knowledge, then they would have stolen much more valable assets.
Is that enough for you to clearly state you agree for GA deletion ? 🧐🤔
