Yes of course. This key was on a previous giveaway, but the winner marked the key as "Not Received". I contacted support, and they recommended trying to gift the key again, as long as I mentioned in the giveaway that the key may have been used.
I did purchase the key myself, but I just don't know what state the key is in, and I have no way of checking without activating the key and using it.
