Hey, so I checked on fanatical, and I can't request a new key, as the purchase cannot be older than 30 days, and this is like 2021 bundle. I am happy to offer a different game as an apology, and depending if you even want the title you won you can simply press 'received' or I can request delete if that's okay with you. Or if you're not happy simply change to 'not received'. Let me know.
