Please only enter if you live in the US. I got it from Humble Monthly and I have heard they region restrict it to where the buyer lives. The last one I tried to give away seems to support that as the person who won it said it was region restricted.
I have heard a lot of people say this and the person who won my last contest for Black Ops 3 said it was region restricted so to be on the safe side I would prefer if only people who live in the US enter.

also sometimes people here just make mistakes when they are retrieving a gift and dont want to say that thats what happened soo they just lie or have no idea that they did something wrong

Yeah, what Sharpk said, Black Ops is one of those selected titles. SG forums have Humble Monthly threads, like this for August, and this for September, and anything region locked gets reported there pretty quickly.

As others have said, there is no region lock for SOMA. Humble often gives out false information on region locks. They claimed that Darkness II (uncut version) couldn't be redeemed in Germany, but it can, without problems and without VPN.
It's Humble's fault. And Humble cannot add region restrictions to Steam keys. There is no technical way to do that, except create a whole new package, and that would be a publisher decision.

Please keep in my mind that a lot of people don't read/understand/care about descriptions and that the winner is not obliged to accept your wish. That means that they could insist on a region-free copy, which you would have to provide in order to finish this giveaway successfully.
Although this game probably doesn't have a lock, please don't rely on a description to restrict your giveaway - you will most likely not end up with an US winner.
If you have a locked game, for which you can't make a region giveaway (because Steamgifts doesn't provide the right region), you could try others measures. You could for example make an invite-only giveaway and only provide the link via steamchat to people from the US. You could find people for such a giveaway in the forums.
You could still delete this giveaway and make a new one, if you wish to. However as others have said there will probably not be a problem with this, but please keep this in mind if you keep on giving on this site.

There are more region-restrictions than that and the USA or NA is one of them.
You just listed the regions that are available to make restricted giveaways for on Steamgifts. These are chosen by the steamgifts admin.
There are more, but less common restrictions for keys and gifts.

only because Black Ops was region restircted doesnt mean every game is.
you can check with the already mentioned threads it gets usually fast mentioted there if ne title as a restrictment.
