Hey, just so you're aware, if this happens to be the same key that you won here a few hours ago from that massive giveaway, you're breaking the rules and could get temporarily suspended for it. You're meant to activate the keys you win in your own account (the one linked to your profile in here), doing anything else with the key is against the rules.
So if indeed that's the situation here I'd suggest you delete this giveaway before it ends, just some friendly advice.

Replying to eveybody: It is indeed the key that many people won here a few hours ago.
I didn’t know regifting was forbidden...sorry about that :/
That said, I don’t mean to be rude, but that rule is kinda stupid. I could have simply waited a few weeks before giving it away, and no one would have had any way of knowing it was regifted anyway. Preventing people from giving away free stuff also seems double stupid.... What’s the logic behind it?
Also, I didn’t even ask for this key, so being blamed for something I didn’t even request feels unfair and outrageous.
I’ll try to delete the giveaway, but I remember the process being quite a hassle. To be honest, I’d rather not waste my time dealing with that just for trying to be nice and give something away for free. If the situation remains stuck and a moderator sees this, I’d appreciate your help in resolving it.

Well, to try and answer some of your points:
The rule is in place because the only way to guarantee that the giveaway creator indeed provided a key to the winner is if the winner activates it in their Steam account, since that one can be checked via the API. Otherwise the GA creator and winner could theoretically simply agree to cheat the system and mark it as received with no key ever being delivered for the sake of getting free CV (contributor value), which in itself might not sound so bad but it would also cause an increase on fake GAs in the site which would most definitely impact negatively on the site's image and erode trust over time (this has happened to other giveaway sites).
Waiting a few weeks would have made it less obvious indeed, but that wouldn't have changed the fact that you still wouldn't have had the game activated in your own account which is the actual thing that can land you a suspension. So at the end of the day it doesn't change the final outcome, it would have just flied under the radar for a bit longer.
Technically you're wrong on you not having asked for the key, when you entered the giveaway in the first place that is the same as you saying that you wanted to win/own the game, or at the very least it is very much a request.
And finally the reason why I originally suggested deleting the giveaway before it ended is because when you do it that way it's automatic and there's no waiting time as it doesn't require approval from support, but now you will need to go through support and explain the situation (you'll probably be asked to activate the key yourself and then the request will be approved).
By the way I have nothing to do with support, I'm just a regular user that has been using this site in the regular for over a decade and because of that I'm familiar with the way it works.
