Okay, this one isn't so much nostalgia as celebrating its impact on modern adventure games. For a time, especially after the boom of 3D games, classic adventure games were considered all but dead and no publisher wanted to touch them. Games like Deponia and other Daedalic titles have helped bring adventure gaming back. It may not be as strong as a CS:GO, Battlegrounds, or COD, but publishers and indie developers at least seem to be aware that there is still a significant, if niche, audience (both new and old) that loves the classic style adventure games.
For me, the thing I loved the most about Deponia was the art. The rest is a bit of a mix, with the second game feeling the most polished, the first game having the best personality, and the third game... feeling a little rushed. You also get a dash of moon logic for classic adventure's sake, but it's usually not too bad. As long as you save often (for the odd game-breaking bug here and there), and go in knowing that the developers are German (some of the jokes don't quite make it through the translation intact, particularly in the third game), and that the "hero" you play is... well... kind of an asshole... then you should have a good time! :)

I started the first game, and I need to finish it sometime. The object interactions were rather funny, and the only complaint so far is that some of the "nope, that's not the intended solution" explanations were a bit stupid, but then again they were written well enough that I couldn't stay mad at them for too long.

Also the bad guys' voices are a little harsh on the ears in the first game. Thankfully, that's fixed up for the sequels.
P.S. I don't know if you remember filling out the employee hiring form for the Cake Factory over a year ago, but you ended up assigned to the Quality Control area of the factory. (Albeit, not actually as an employee, but maybe that's for the best! :) )

Hi there, I'm only missing the third game from the trilogy. Am I allowed to enter this giveaway?

Hey Ilan, yes, I'm okay with that. Note that The Complete Journey is a separate library entry on Steam though. It's a single app that combines all three games as one big game, including some bug fixes (and excluding others...), and a few additional features. (i.e., it is not three game keys)
I assume you know that already, but thought it might be worth mentioning anyway, just in case.

Yeah, I was aware of that. Thanks man! :)
