Spare key for DOOM (1993), purchased from the official Humble Store.
I tried to activate it on my steam account to unlock DOOM (1993) but Steam said I already own it.
Which technically isn't true. I previously owned DOOM II and got the DOOM + DOOM II - Edition for free because of Quakecon 2024.
But I never owned the standalone version of DOOM (1993) on Steam.
So whoever wins might be in for a surprise.
They got merged and re-released with added content. Check your game library.

But isn't that kind of weird? I kept my stand-alone version of DOOM II. Why would it turn DOOM (1993) into the merged version instead of adding the merged version as a separate entry?
If I understand you correctly you're saying it's the same as Counter Strike Go which got turned into Counter Strike 2?
I'm really curious to find out what will be added to the winner's library.. my person theory is that it might be indeed the new merged version.
At least as long as QuakeCon is going on.. idk, might be talking out of my ass here. It's just speculation.
