I feel really bad as I assumed SteamGifts would filter away what I didn't have already but due to Steam's API limitations, it turns out they can't filter out DLC that's already preowned and I already had the DLC for this game when I went to go redeem the code just now after I selected "received". I don't want the key to go to waste. You may select a new winner for this unused key or with your permission if this key includes the game as well and isn't just DLC-only, I can give it to someone I know if you permit it. I just didn't want to get in trouble or get suspended as I never had this happen before! I'm once again very sorry about all this!
