Same here, i own the base game and the dlc but it say MISSING BASE GAME.
Sega/Steam mess it, Fall of Samurai is and stand alone expansion (theorically) but it is show as a DLC for Shogun in our steam libraries, so probably is that why SG did not detect the base game (Total War Shogun : Fall of Samurai) in our libraries.

oh well, sorry for that, I would not be able to creat this giveaway then
