Who wants it - already have it. Who entering it - wants it. You can enter giveaways only if you want that game AND don't have it; and if you win it - you MUST activate it on your account.

What I see here - is just "leveling up" contributors points via "giveaway those, which are already FREE"...

i make giveaways, people get keys, people are happy, i am happy, end of story

and yeah the rules.. its just like guides not really rules, there is not one person that ever existed that didn't break atleast one rule in something
