Why don't you make it easier and say the key is only available in slavic countries? Would make a lot of things much easier.

Unless you think UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, etc (and the whole Europe) are slavic.
You should take a look at the the countries, clic the little grey button with the Earth icon on it.
So it's definitely not only available in slavic countries, It's not even available in Russia...

The list is ordered alphabetically, its easy to see if your country is included or not. You don't need to check every country allowed. Just check and enter or move on. No need to complain.

This is how I got the list.
If there was easy way to import it into SG when creating giveaway I would, but all they have is manual selection from 200+ countries or predefined list (which I ended up doing - selected one most appropriate and published precise list there).
