Hi, thanks for the gift. I went to the link and accepted the humble gift on my email. But when I copied and pasted the steam key to try and add to my library, it keeps saying invalid product code.

I'm guessing it should be a problem with the Out of the Park Baseball 17 key provider side, cause the humble bundle gift link seems fine.

So sorry for the trouble, but there is nothing I can do, could you email humble bundle to ask about the issue?
(Just add me on steam if you need to get the steam key code to change, or other stuff, if needed for your email to humble bundle)

Actually you should have all options to solve that issue with Humble. You say that they accepted the Humble gift link, so you have the "ownership" of the gift now. As they can't provide you a working key to to your owned title, it's up to them to deliver it to you.

Go to https://support.humblebundle.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 1. Product Support / 1.2 Game or Ebook Issue / Key redemption issue.
Explain that you received a gift from me, that their store accepted the gift link but that the key is invalid. That should be far easier than if I would play the middle man. You have all that is necessary: The valid humble gift link, that I provided you.

Sorry for the issues though. I never had keys that wouldn't work from Humble, only that they ran out of keys. Keep me informed and if they request that I contact them, I'll do that.
