Hmm strange, I've had Train Simulator for about two years, but not explicitly the 2020 version.
However it tells me that I already own the Train Simulator 2020 game (although not the few DLCs though that come with this giveaway)
I can still enter the giveaway, so you might want to take a look at the eventual winner's library to make sure they don't already own the game.

Seen as a bundle, the value of the included dlc is probably higher of the "base" game, so it could be considered OK to enter having an older version and not the new dlc. /bizantine_mode=off

TS auto-updates each new installement. It's basically the same game just with new numbers and some improvements.
