This time for LV2 and above, because I cant make EVERY Giveaway for my WL, can I? :P
BTW: I need more people for my WL. Whats YOUR advice to choose people for the list? :)
Well I mean if I'm looking for people, yeah I ask, but you're right I think its better to have people who are talking to me. Finding out if we have the same interest in games is a definite plus and that way I know if I am actually giving away games to people who want to play them versus just getting the trading cards or whatever reason not having to do with actually enjoying the game.
I don't use the WL; I just choose random level thresholds (never 0, after I thought about this) - I'd rather reward people for giving out their own games here than e.g. for typing thank you. (which for all I know they're only doing in the first place to get on a WL) (thanks for the giveaway, btw :P)
Yeah, I stopped with the LV0 GAs as well, after reading and thinking about it ^^'
And I think a simple "Thank you" wont get someone on my WL ;)
They need to communicate with me or tell me a little about themselves/ the topic at hand :P

I usually just add anyone who is courteous.
Also if they're funny :D
But if all else fails I White List people for simply asking.
