Hello. Is this being delivered through the Steam store or is it a key?
Just so you and the winner are aware there are no keys for this giveaway as the developer only made keys for the Gold version of the game. If this is a key the giveaway needs to be deleted as it's for the Pirates of Black Cover Gold and not Pirates of Black Cove.

Looking at your account I realized that you either didnt activate your gift or it has been "Pirates of Black Cove Gold" which is another game. In this case marking as received will mark your account as not activating the received gift on your own account, which is forbidden.

I mean, what can I do? I was glad to win, activated the game and didn't notice it was Pirates of Black Cove Gold. I just checked in Library, you are right. Do you want any screens of activations from my account or what?
I also checked, Gold Edition has no store page in Steam and you can't create specific GA for Gold Edition, only Pirates of Black Cove pop up in the list or it's DLCs.

Just mark the GA as not received. At least you didnt receive the corresponding gift.

Why tho? Are you a moderator or just having fun explaining people guidelines? Nothing is wrong here. He created a GA for the game that has no page in Steam Store and has no page on Steam Gifts. He isn't even getting progress towards his contributor lvl.
You can call moderator for this case and let's hear moderator's opinion.

I am not a moderator or something. I just thought you would care about having a clean profile. I dont know if you get suspended for not activating the game you won. But you certainly wont be able to enter certain giveaways anymore. But I see you are not the one interested in any help. Have a nice weekend. Im out of this topic.

I won't be able to enter Pirates of Black Cove anymore, because I have "won it previously", and that's okay, I got Golden Edition. I don't believe I will get suspended for something like that. I can always show screenshots of activation and stuff on request.
I feel like this rule is more for authors of the GA, in case they want to scam people and trick the system by increasing contributor level in unfair way.
