I only received an automatic notification about the victory, I did not receive a letter with a key, neither in spam nor in deleted ones is your letter either.
I do not know what to do, my first application was simply closed without comments, and the second one is simply ignored for now. Try to write to support too, maybe they will at least explain to you what the problem is.
I have now one appeal opened to another GA where winner forgot check email and have on site old unused. It is 2 days from opening without any reaction. When they solved it, i can open another one for this GA.

In any case: Yesterday finally come (after 2 weeks) answer from HB support for first one with wrong email and now is all done. I will start another appeal for this GA, when they sent new link, you know what to do. When they sent it to me, i will resent it. But its all what i will do with it. U mark it "not received" -> its done for you. Therefore, you have no more support from my side.

Try it one more time. Email was send directly from HB with gift link for claim (not key - its on description).
