My guess was since the train lasts for a whole month and ends on 31st, that must be the answer. Plus not a lot of people celebrate their Birthday for a whole month unless it ends on the last day, that just happens to be Halloween. 👿🎃 :)
And ohhh, to bad this train ends before 31st, I wanted to congratulate you your Birthday again on the day it is, with a special threat. :D
