Hi Oppen4imer,
The winner for my GA (https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/O3R0g/subterrain) has already won 9 games from U7. I'm unsure whether he was on samwise84's Whitelist when he won 2 of the U7 GA's, which would make his win count be 7 games instead (and therefore a valid winner for my GA). How does U7 handle a situation like this?

The user should have left the group after his/her 8th win. I kicked them now. Ask them to agree to a re-roll, if they do not do so, send the game (you have to according to SG rules).

Hi, just want to let you know the person agreed to re-roll and we are just figuring out how. They're unable to leave a comment in the GA itself to ask for re-roll (now that they've been removed from group); I had them leave their re-roll request in a different GA linking to the U7 one, hopefully that works. I've made a ticket for re-roll under "Winner Rejected Gift".

Support just approved the re-rolled, I believe the old winner had to specifically write the reason for the re-roll before Support would authorize it -- in case it helps any in the future. Thanks for your help, have a great day. :)
